You don't need your whole database. Export 500 rows — the percentages come out the same, and you're sharing far less. Delete any column you'd rather not include; anything missing is simply reported as missing.

How to export from HubSpot: Contacts → top-right Export → choose your properties (email, phone, job title, company, LinkedIn) → CSV. Any column layout works — we detect the fields automatically.
