• Requires a valid LinkFinder AI API key to function

3. User Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a Google account
• Have access to Google Sheets
• Obtain and maintain a valid LinkFinder AI API key from linkfinderai.com
• Comply with LinkFinder AI's terms of service
• Comply with LinkedIn's terms of service and user agreement
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

4. LinkFinder AI API

API Key Requirement

• You are responsible for obtaining your own LinkFinder AI API key
• You are responsible for any costs associated with API usage
• You must comply with LinkFinder AI's terms of service

API Usage

• The Service acts as an intermediary between your spreadsheet and LinkFinder AI
• API request volume is subject to LinkFinder AI's rate limits and quotas
• You are responsible for monitoring and managing your API usage
• We implement basic rate limiting but cannot guarantee API availability

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for legitimate business or personal purposes
• Not use the Service to violate any person's privacy rights
• Not use the Service for spam, harassment, or unauthorized contact
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect LinkedIn's terms of service regarding data usage

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service

API Key Security

Third-Party Data Processing

• Data is processed by LinkFinder AI according to their terms
• Results may include public information from LinkedIn
• You are responsible for how you use the returned data
