Why the profile URL is the best input
A LinkedIn profile URL identifies exactly one person. A name and a company does not — there are six Sarah Chens at large employers, and picking the wrong one produces an address that verifies fine and reaches the wrong human.

Verified, not generated
Generating likely addresses from a name is trivial, and you can do it yourself for free with the email permutator. Confirming which of those guesses actually exists is the part that takes infrastructure, and the part that protects your sending domain.
Rows we cannot verify come back blank. An empty cell costs you nothing; a plausible wrong address costs you deliverability across the whole campaign.
