Sales Navigator does not give you emails
The export gives you names, titles, companies and profile URLs. It does not give you a work email, and it does not give you a phone number. Around four percent of profiles carry a contact detail you can actually use, which is why every team that exports from Sales Navigator ends up enriching the file somewhere.
That step is what this page does. The profile URL in your export is the strongest possible input for enrichment, because it identifies one specific person rather than a name that forty other people share.

We would rather return an empty cell than a plausible-looking wrong address. A bounced send costs more than a missing row.
