A database of two thousand past applicants is worth more than a fresh sourcing project, and it is already yours. The problem is that a contact record decays roughly twenty to thirty percent a year: people change jobs, company email addresses die, and mobile numbers are often missing entirely because the candidate applied through a form that never asked.
Re-enriching an export is the fastest way to make that database callable again. It is also the least glamorous piece of recruiting ops, which is why most teams never get to it.
What we can and cannot fill

| Mobile number | Partial. Phone coverage is genuinely lower than email across every provider, ours included. Anyone claiming otherwise is counting switchboards. |
| Current employer and title | Strong. This is often the most useful field, because it tells you who is newly open to a move. |
| LinkedIn profile URL | Filled where your export lacks one, which makes every future enrichment more accurate. |
Run a sample of a hundred rows on free credits before committing your whole database. Match rates vary by market and seniority, and you should see yours rather than take ours on faith.
