What honest phone coverage looks like
Phone data is harder than email and the coverage numbers vendors quote are usually generous. Expect a partial fill on any list, weighted toward senior people in the US and Western Europe and thinner for junior roles and smaller markets.
You should measure this yourself rather than believe a number on a landing page. Run a hundred rows on free credits, count the filled cells, and decide from that. If the rate is poor on your particular list, you will have spent nothing finding out.
Getting the input list
The tools that produce a list of profile URLs are free and need no account. The X-ray search generator builds a Google query that returns public profiles; the Boolean search string generator does the same inside LinkedIn Recruiter. Either way you end up with URLs, which is exactly what this page expects.
If your list already lives in a system, use enrich an ATS candidate export or enrich a Sales Navigator export instead, since those keep your original columns intact.
